Awake, local tumescent
Liposuction removes unwanted pockets and accumulations of fat — the stubborn, diet-resistant, and genetic deposits that don't respond to effort alone. Liposculpting goes further — refining and defining the contours beneath, shaping the silhouette rather than simply reducing it. Both are performed awake, under local tumescent anesthesia, with no general anesthesia. Because you're awake, we can check balance and symmetry with you in real time — sitting and standing — so your result is built with you, not only on you.

Tightening to fit the new shape
Removing fat is only half the work. As volume is reduced, the skin needs to retract to fit the new contour — skin contraction is how we help it. Using energybased technology during the same awake procedure, we tighten the skin envelope and stimulate new collagen, so the result holds and reads smooth. This is why we always pair the two: lipo and skin contraction are performed together, as one standard of care.

Your own fat, restored where it's needed
The most natural material we have is the one you already own. During the same awake procedure, we harvest your own fat and return it where it's needed — a natural, bioregenerative filler, your own tissue. Whether it's used for volume or biostimulation is a goal-driven choice.
Two purposes: - Fat for volume — restores fullness and shape. Larger volumes for areas like the buttocks and breasts; finer volumes (micro-fat) for the face, hands, and small refinements. - Fat for biostimulation (nano-fat) — improves the quality of the tissue itself rather than adding volume; this is biostimulation / bioregeneration.

What stays exactly the same: Dr. Avellanet performs your entire procedure herself, start to finish. Observers watch; they never take part in your care.
Your consultation, surgery, and recovery are identical to a private surgery in every respect.
What’s different: as a Patient-Model, you share your experience — brief feedback during the procedure and a testimonial afterward — contributing to the training of other physicians.
